Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by email if you have any concerns. As this is a DIY Garden Structure in a kit format, your item will arrive in 1 or more boxes containing all parts with an accompanying parts list. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email if you appear to be missing and/or have detected a faulty part. We endeavour to replace any missing/damaged parts within 2 weeks of notification but this may take longer depending on factors outside our control. Horkans cannot be held responsible if arrangements have been made with external parties to build your structure before confirming all parts are present. Deliveries are dispatched on the next working day after the order has been placed, and you should receive your order within 3 - 5 working days once shipped. In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately to inform you of any possible delays. Orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend, ship on Monday.
Standard Delivery Fees
Please note, the delivery of the orders depends on the delivery partners. Generally, the orders are delivered between 3 - 5 working days once shipped.
Our standard delivery charge is €6.25 for up to 25 kg. Over 25 kg up to 50 kg is charged at €12.50. And over 50 kg up to 75 kg is €18.75. Orders over 75 kg cost €25.00.
Priority Delivery
Introducing ''Priority Delivery'' for our customers across Ireland. A delivery method where the orders dispatched will be prioritized by the logistics team over the standard orders.
Please note, this guarantees a priority dispatch over the standard orders, the delivery of the same depends on the delivery partners. Generally, the orders are delivered between 2 - 3 working days once shipped.
Our priority delivery charge is €6.50 for up to 25 kg. Over 25 kg up to 50 kg is charged at €13.00. And over 50 kg up to 75 kg is €19.50. Orders over 75 kg cost €26.00
