Delivery Standard Policy
Deliveries are generally dispatched on the next working day after the order has been placed, and you should receive your order within 3 - 7 working days once shipped.
In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately to inform you of any possible delays. Orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend, ships on Monday.
Please note, the delivery of the orders depends on the delivery partners. Generally, the orders are delivered between 3 - 7 working days once shipped.
Our standard delivery charge is €5.79 for up to 25 kg. Over 25 kg up to 50 kg is charged at €10.99. And over 50 kg up to €75 kg is €15.99. Orders over 75 kg cost €21.49
Introducing ''Priority Delivery'' for our customers across Ireland. A delivery method where the orders dispatched will be prioritized by the logistics team over the standard orders. Please note, this guarantees a priority dispatch over the standard orders, the delivery of the same depends on the delivery partners.
Generally, the orders are delivered between 2 - 3 working days once shipped.
Our priority delivery charge is €5.99 for up to 25 kg. Over 25 kg up to 50 kg is charged at €11.99. And over 50 kg up to €75 kg is €16.99. Orders over 75 kg cost €22.49.
How to Return a Product?
If your item arrives broken or damaged, if you receive the wrong product, or if your product is defective in any way, we will arrange for the item to be collected and returned to us at no cost to you. Once the item is received back to the store we will contact you to organise a replacement or refund. To return a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please email email@example.com or call our team on 090 641 7043 to arrange pick-up.
In order to return the product back to us, here are the three options that can be availed:

Exchange or Return Your Unwanted Purchase:
Your satisfaction is our top priority. So if you decide that your purchase is not going to work out, is not the right size or you simply don’t want it anymore, you can return the new and unused item to us for an exchange or refund.
Horkans Returns - 2 Easy Ways
Send the item back to us via post or courier, making sure to include your order number and also a contact phone number in the package. When we receive the item back to the store and there is no sign of wear or damage, we will call you to arrange your refund or exchange.
If we do not receive the item back of full merchantable quality with full packaging as sent, there may be a discounted refund applied to your item as a result.

Don’t have time to go to the post office? Call us on 090 6417043 and we will arrange for the item to be picked up and brought to us using our courier. This is at a cost of €6.50, which will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded or the exchange amount.
This option is only available to pick up from an address within the island of Ireland.
Please Note: This refund amount excludes delivery charges. All items to be exchanged/refunded must be returned in their original condition, including the manufacturer’s packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories. Packages must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
